Moon-type lighting fixtures are considered local lighting and are designed to be built-in. They can be installed in any room of the home with two purposes: pragmatic - for better lighting, or decorative - for beauty.
The pragmatic purpose of the lights is realized to the greatest extent in the kitchen. You can build them into the cabinets themselves to ensure sufficient visibility while working on the kitchen counters, stove and sink. Regarding the decorative purpose, an example can be given as the internal lighting of the beautiful sections with glass showcases.
The most pleasant and non-irritating to the eyes is the diffused indirect light, which is also emitted by the moons. Built into the wall, floor or ceiling, they allow for incredible lighting solutions and modeling of the space according to the user's wishes. When the light sources are built into the furniture, they can be used not only for accent, but also for creating background, unobtrusive lighting, as well as creating unexpected effects.
The lighting in our home can change the mood. When choosing lighting fixtures and the type of lighting, the installation options available in the respective room, the functionality and technical parameters of the respective lighting fixtures must be taken into account.
Furnishing and lighting go hand in hand, so we need to think about lighting even when designing the house and its interior. Most often, it is subject to the overall functional and interior solution, so from the very beginning we need to decide on the types of lighting and lighting fixtures, so that later changes and wiring are not required for already painted walls and ceilings. In fact, with lighting we can completely change the impact of the interior. The best solution is to create the possibility of options, so that according to our mood or according to the specific case, we can change the look of our home with light.
Built-in mirrors are an excellent option for changing the interior to make it more beautiful and practical.

WHERE ARE THE BUILT-IN WINDOWS PLACED? HOW ARE BUILT-IN WINDOWS MOUNTED?

Recessed lighting can be applied to a suspended ceiling. It should be planned in a project when building a new home or making a complete renovation. It is suitable for living areas, living room, bedroom and kitchen. It is a key element for the functionality and style of a home. Recessed lighting provides clean and rational volumes in the home. It increases the illumination of a given room, can highlight a work of art or a detail in the furniture, opens up the space and creates the illusion of width and height.
In addition to suspended ceilings, halogen and LED spotlights are ideal for installation in panel cladding, contributing to the pleasant lighting of the room. In addition, if they are movable, they can purposefully illuminate individual objects in the room and significantly affect the atmosphere in the home. Before proceeding with the installation of spotlights, consider their distribution carefully. Evenly spaced ones look best.
Mounting:
1. Building a grid for a panel ceiling: first decide how the grid will be positioned and mark this with a marking cord on the concrete ceiling. Then mark the location of the cross battens. Screw the battens directly to the concrete ceiling with anchor plugs. The cross battens are screwed with wood screws to the already installed battens.
IMPORTANT: Check the position of the slats with a level. The entire grill must be horizontal and must not touch the walls.
2. Installing the panels: nail the panel brackets to the battens on the wall side.
Once you have nailed all the brackets in the right place, install the first panel. You may need to tap (with a hammer and a piece of wood) until the panel fits snugly into the bracket. Insert another bracket into the groove of the panel on the opposite side and nail it to the batten. Install the remaining ceiling elements in this way. Avoid cross joints!
IMPORTANT: You can use a tacker to place the brackets between the panels.
3. Installing the moons: IMPORTANT: Be careful with electricity! When working with electricity, safety comes first. Just touching a live cable can lead to a life-threatening electric shock! To prevent electrical accidents, follow these safety rules:
- Shutdown: before you start, turn off the power (this can be done by turning off the circuit where you are working or best of all by the central fuse)
- Secure against being switched on: make sure that no one switches on the power while you are working! Tape the switched off fuse with insulating tape so that it cannot be switched on by mistake!
- Check for a lack of current: use a two-pole meter to check if there is electricity in the network. Single-pole meters, such as phase meters (shaped like a screwdriver), are not reliable enough.
During the installation of the panels, you must take care of the routing of the cables and the installation of the skylights at the same time: Pull the cable risers to the openings for the skylights. This way, after installing the entire panel ceiling, you can easily switch on the transformer. The cables for the individual skylights are connected to it with plugs.
IMPORTANT: The holes for the moons are made with a drill bit.
Pull the cables for the individual lights out from under the panels through the corresponding hole and connect them to them from below. Press the tabs for securing the light inwards and insert it into the hole. Then insert the halogen bulb directly into the power adapter and push it back into the housing until it clicks.
4. Ceiling insulation: if the room where you are installing the suspended ceiling with built-in skylights is not heated (for example, a closet), you must provide additional insulation. Place elastic insulation material between the slats of the grid for hanging the panels. Place an additional vapor barrier membrane between the insulation and the panels.

ADVANTAGES OF LED LUMENS

LED lights are an essential part of our offerings in this product group, and therefore we will take a closer look at their advantages.
LED downlights are one of the earliest applications of LED lighting and are currently available in a variety of sizes and lumens, offering a worthy alternative to incandescent bulbs and compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs). They usually directly replace classic downlights, providing up to 80% energy savings, exceptional reliability, have a much longer life than conventional lamps (over 10 years), and their warranty period is from 2 to 5 years depending on the manufacturer. It is natural that they have the same advantages as other LED lighting fixtures - they do not heat up to high temperatures, do not emit infrared and UV rays, and their dimensions allow them to successfully fit into standard downlight fixtures, with some models also allowing dimming (adjusting the brightness). Different models of LED downlights have different degrees of protection (IP rating), so they are ideal for different applications in the home and office - for bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and practically almost all rooms.
