- The product has spoiled. What should I do?
Check your warranty card. If the product is under warranty, you should contact the nearest service center listed in the warranty card. If the product does not have a warranty card, you should fill out the product return form to have it picked up by a courier and sent to our service center.
- Can I return the goods to any of the MASTERHAUS stores?
For your convenience, products purchased from MASTERHAUS Onlinecan be returned to one of our stores.
- A credit note will be issued at the time of return. When personally delivering the goods to MASTERHAUS stores, courier services are not charged;

- What is the difference between Monthly Deals and Always Low Price?
Promotions of the month are our most advantageous offers. These are products that are visualized in our Promo brochure. Each brochure is published on the 1st of the month and is valid until the end of the month. The prices of the products in it are the same for all objects of the MASTERHAUS chain.
Always low price are products with a permanently low price. These products do not belong to promotions of the month.
- Why aren't all the products from your physical store present in the online store?

- Can I receive my goods at a MASTERHAUS store of my choice?
MASTERHAUS Online offers the "Pick up from store" option for free. Before adding each item to the cart, you can select this option, as well as which store you would like to receive your item from.
- How can I place an order through the website?
Very easy! Just like an item from the site, select the delivery method, as well as the desired quantity and press the "Add" button, after which the item will be added to the cart and from there you can place an order by following the steps.

- What should I do if the item I received is broken?
If the courier is with you, you must fill out a damaged goods report and refuse the shipment to return it to us. Once we receive it, we will duplicate it and send it again. If you accept the goods without inspecting them, any complaints remain unfounded.
It is important to know that all our deliveries include the "Inspection" option. Therefore, when you receive the goods, first unpack them and make sure that everything is in order, then sign and accept the delivery.
