Plumbing installation and major repairs are done by professional plumbers. However, when a faucet or toilet cistern breaks, for example, you could do it yourself. And for that, you will inevitably have to use sealants.
Sealants are used to connect individual elements of structures involved in the transmission of water. They are also applied to threads.
SEALS FOR WATER PIPE AND PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS
The purpose of sealants is to protect against unpleasant leaks.
In the Sealants product group, you can find a wide range of different types of sealants or gaskets for water pipes and plumbing installations. The offer starts with the good old hemp, which remains almost irreplaceable and still preferred when it comes to sealing mixer taps, installing water pipes, water meters and more. Simply because hemp fibers guarantee a high degree of reliability for sealing, although they are a little slower to work with and do not have such a durable aesthetic appearance. Our hemp is of the highest quality, does not contain wood and is long-fibered. They are most useful when you need to seal the lower part of pipe joints with sleeves. The hemp can be replaced with liquid Teflon in a tube, which you can also find in the product group. This product seals against leaks and corrosion and hardens quickly when applied to a metal surface.
We have a wide selection of rubber and silicone sealants, Klingerite sealants, plugs, rings, Teflon tapes, sealing tapes and threads, vacuum pumps, and toilet seat rubbers.
The gaskets come in different sizes so everyone can find the size they need.
