Waterproofing tape 50m Webertec Max Tape WEBER

WEBER's special three-layer Webetec Max Tape is composed of non-woven polypropylene, elongated in the transverse direction and rigid in length, and a modified polyethylene membrane. Applied to tiles or natural stones for flexible joint sealing. It is used to form dilatation (deformation) joints in ceramic coverings with a large area and in heavily loaded surfaces. The tape is suitable for working joints on floors and walls, outdoors and indoors.

Way of working:

• The tile adhesive is prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions and applied evenly in the corner area.
• The sealing corner is placed, excess glue is removed with a spatula and spread.
• The joint sealing tape is cut to the appropriate size of the wall before treatment. It is important to plan an overlap of 50 mm to the sealing corner. Corner and joint sealing tape and a suitable liquid sealing adhesive are applied to safely overlap the gasket.
• Apply the tile adhesive evenly in the wall/floor joint.
• The sealing tape is placed on the joint and pressed into the correct position with a spatula.
• Excessive adhesives are pushed to the side and spread.
• The remaining strips are processed according to this scheme. Then you can proceed with the sealing of the surface.
