Self-leveling floor screed Ultraplan Eco 20, 23 kg

MAPEI's Ultraplan Eco 20 is a fast-hydrating and quick-drying self-leveling solution. Ultraplan Eco 20 self-leveling screed is used for leveling and smoothing differences in thickness from 1 to 10 mm on new or existing substrates, which are prepared for laying all types of flooring. It is suitable for floors that require excellent endurance of loads and movement.

MAPEI's Ultraplan Eco 20 self-leveling screed is very suitable for surfaces on which pallet trucks move. It can usually be used in hospitals, hotels, theaters, schools and shopping malls. It is suitable only for indoor spaces.

Application:

• Leveling of concrete slabs and cement-based screeds
• Leveling of anhydrite bases (with a suitable primer such as Primer G or Eco Prim T)
• Leveling of foundations in which there are floor cooling/heating systems
• Leveling of existing concrete flooring, mosaic floor, ceramics, natural stone and magnesite bases (magnesium carbonate)

Specifications:

• It can be applied with an automatic pressure pump at a distance of over 100 m
• It can be applied in a layer up to 10 mm thick without shrinking, without cracks or fissures and has high compressive and tensile strength in bending, as well as resistance to injury and scratches
• For thicknesses over 10 mm (max. 20 mm) it may be necessary to add selected sand or fraction
• Quick tightening - the subsequent laying of flooring can begin about 12 hours after application
• For flexible flooring, wait at least 24 hours before laying
• Consumption rate: 1.6 kg/sq.m. for 1mm thickness
