Baumit Solido E160 is a high-quality, factory-produced dry cement mortar, designed for manual or machine application. Thanks to its excellent workability and drying stability, it is the ideal solution for various construction applications - both indoor and outdoor.

Application:

• Suitable for bonded, floating or unbonded screeds
• For application on concrete, cement substrates, PVC foil
• Ideal base for coverings on terraces, balconies, bathrooms and other premises
• Can be used as an assembly screed for concrete elements, slabs and paving stones

• Compressive strength (28 days): > 16 N/mm²
• Flexural strength: > 4 N/mm²
• Dry density: about 1850 kg/m³
• Thermal conductivity coefficient: about 1,000 W/m·K
• Grain size: up to 4 mm
• Readiness for pedestrian load: after about 3 days
• Ready for full load: after about 21 days

Consumption:

• Consumption: about 20 kg/m²/cm
• Yield: about 1.25 m²/bag at 1 cm thickness
• Required amount of water: about 2.1 - 2.5 l/bag

Instructions for application:

• Suitable working temperature: between +5°C and +30°C
• Avoid working in direct sunlight, wind or rain
• The screed must be well compacted and separated from the walls with a edging tape (5-10 mm)
• In case of bonded application - priming with a suitable primer according to the type of substrate (e.g. Baumit Primer or SuperPrimer)
• Ensure good ventilation after application for optimal drying

Packaging and storage:

• In a dry place, on wooden pallets

• Shelf life: 9 months from date of production
• Packaging: 25 kg/bag (1 pallet = 48 bags = 1200 kg)
