Floor screed 25 kg Solido E160 All In BAUMIT is a high-quality dry cement mortar, specially developed for the production of strong, durable and even floor bases. Reinforced with natural fibers, the product offers increased strength and resistance to cracking, which makes it extremely suitable for busy areas in both residential and commercial buildings.

Classified as CT-C16-F4 according to EN 13813, it guarantees excellent performance characteristics and durability of the built screed. It is suitable for manual or machine application, and is optimized for fast and clean work thanks to the innovative bag technology that minimizes waste on site. It can be used for indoor and outdoor applications, which provides versatility and flexibility in construction and renovation activities.

With a maximum grain size of 4 mm, the mixture provides a homogeneous structure and excellent layer compaction. The screed dries without tension, reducing the risk of deformation and providing a stable base for various floorings - tiles, parquet, laminate, vinyl, PVC and others. After about 3 days it can be walked on, and full load is possible after approximately 21 days. Thanks to its good thermal conductivity, the product is fully compatible with underfloor heating. This is a professional solution that combines strength, easy application and an innovative approach to laying floor screeds.

Instructions for application:

• Suitable working temperature: between +5°C and +30°C
• Avoid working in direct sunlight, wind or rain
• The screed must be well compacted and separated from the walls with a edging tape (5-10 mm)
• In case of bonded application - priming with a suitable primer according to the type of substrate (e.g. Baumit Primer or SuperPrimer)
• Ensure good ventilation after application for optimal drying
