How to use:
- Light the charcoal/briquettes for 20 minutes until they are covered with a thin gray layer of ash.
- Place a few pieces of smoke on top.
- Close the lid of the the barbecue/smoker.
- Wait at least 15 minutes for the barbecue to heat up and the pieces to start smoking.
- Place the meat on the grill, close the lid, and reduce the oxygen flow using the air controls on the bottom and top of the barbecue.
Note: Do not soak the wood smoking pieces in water before use.
