Water-based primer for metal AQ023 light gray 21kg LAKPROM

This water-based anti-corrosion primer is manufactured on the basis of high-quality acrylate dispersion, enriched with corrosion inhibitors, active anti-corrosion pigments, fillers and specially selected additives. The product offers excellent protection against corrosion and is compatible with a wide range of topcoats. It is characterized by fast drying, high adhesion and easy application.

It is suitable for priming surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including galvanized sheet metal. Widely used in mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery, construction and the railway industry. The product is environmentally safe and meets modern requirements for a durable coating.

Application

• For priming products made of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and galvanized sheet metal
• Used in agricultural, construction, railway and machine-building equipment
• Suitable for open steel structures and facilities exposed to various atmospheric influences
• Can also be used indoors where reliable anti-corrosion protection is required
• Compatible with all types of finish coatings: alkyd, acrylic, epoxy, chlorinated rubber, polyurethane, water-based, etc.

Preparation of the base

• The surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, grease stains and dirt
• Mechanical cleaning to a sound base is recommended
• The surface must be completely dry and degreased
• On galvanized surfaces - light abrasive action to improve adhesion
• Application on damp or undried bases is not recommended

How to use

• Stir the product well before use
• Application with a brush, roller or spray gun
• If necessary, dilute with tap water water - 10-15%
• Applied in one layer with a dry film thickness of 30-40 μm
• Working temperature: from 5°C to 25°C
• Avoid application in high humidity or direct sunlight
• Suitable for subsequent painting with all types of coatings
