Anti-corrosion primer quick-drying gray 750ml DEKORATOR

The primer in RAL 7035 is specially designed for the protection and preparation of metal surfaces before final painting. Thanks to its excellent adhesion and weather resistance, this product is the ideal solution for both DIY and professional applications. It forms a stable base that improves the adhesion of subsequent coatings, while at the same time providing anti-corrosion protection and a homogeneous base for the final color.

The light gray color of the primer - makes it easier to cover with different finishing shades and gives an aesthetic appearance even before the final painting. With easy application, short drying time and ready to work straight from the package, this primer saves time and effort on every project. Suitable for doors, fences, structures, metal furniture and other products both indoors and outdoors.

• ferrous metals (steel, iron)

Used as a primer before:

• alkyd paints
• synthetic paints
• anti-corrosion systems

Substrate preparation

• clean dust, grease, oils and other dirt
• mechanically remove rust and flaking coatings
• if necessary, sand and degrease with a suitable degreaser
• the surface must be dry and stable
• for galvanized metal: pre-treatment (phosphating or sanding) is recommended

How to use

• The product is ready to use - do not dilute
• Stir well before application
• Apply evenly with: brush, roller, paint sprayer gun
• Full drying: up to 6 hours at 23°C
• Do not apply when there is a risk of rain or high humidity
• Tools are cleaned immediately after work with: Dekorator Thinner AMV or MPT
