Sika Latex is a high-quality synthetic emulsion designed to improve adhesion between various construction materials, especially when bonding old and new concrete. Thanks to its formula, the product significantly increases the bond strength, elasticity and resistance of construction mortars to cracking, moisture and chemicals. • Bonding old and new concrete
• Improvement of plasters, screeds and mortars

• Water treatment plants, tanks, canals and other objects in the water construction

Substrate preparation

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose particles.
• Old, crumbling plaster or concrete must be removed.
• If necessary, moisten the surfaces slightly, but without water on the surface.

Working method

• Mixing: The product is used undiluted as a primer or mixed with water and cement to create an adhesion bridge
• Application: with a brush or roller, in one even layer
• Temperature: It is recommended to work at a temperature above +5°C.
• Subsequent layers: Can be applied after the bonding layer or solution has dried.
