Sikalastic 612 is a one-component, cold-applied, seamless, moisture-curable, polyurethane membrane. After drying, it forms a seamless, durable and weather-resistant waterproofing of open roof spaces.
Usage:

• For waterproofing flat and pitched roofs
• Protection of new structures and repair of existing facilities
• Can be applied on concrete, asphalt, roofing membrane, bricks, asbestos-cement boards
• For waterproofing under tile adhesives on balconies and terraces
