Gypsum satin 25kg ABS

ABS satin is a high-quality gypsum putty mixture designed to create a smooth and perfectly prepared surface on various types of substrates. It provides excellent adhesion and moisture-regulating properties, creating a healthy and comfortable environment in any room. It is suitable for interior and exterior work, including walls, ceilings and other building surfaces.

Working method and preparation:

• Preparation of the base: Make sure that the base is clean and dust-free to ensure good adhesion of the mixture.
• Preparation of the mixture: Add dry mixture to clean water, following the ratio: 6.3-7.8 l of water per 10 kg of gypsum. Use a slow-speed mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
• Application: Apply the putty with a trowel or trowel, as traces of tools can be easily erased after the layer has semi-hardened. The recommended layer thickness is up to 1 mm.
• Working time: The working time of the mixture is 90 minutes, and the final hardening time is 200-220 minutes.

Recommendations and warnings:

• Do not mix ABS satin with other products or materials.
• Do not add additional water or gypsum to the already prepared mixture.
• The working room temperature must be a minimum of +5°C and a maximum of +35°C.
• For substrates with high or low hygroscopicity it is advisable to use a suitable primer to improve adhesion.
• Make sure that buckets, water and tools are clean.
