BAUMIT Ratio machine gypsum plaster, intended for internal application. It is pre-prepared, a dry solution for machine application. Its composition includes: gypsum, hydrated lime, fine sands, additives. It is intended for application of thin-layer plasters, for structural wall coverings, for application of matt paints. Can be used in residential or wet areas. In order to obtain optimal results when applying the Ratio machine gypsum plaster, the treated surfaces must be dry, clean, dust-free, degreased, unfrozen. It is recommended that all edges of the substrates be secured with stainless steel profiles when applying the mixture.
The machine plaster is applied from top to bottom, with a layer thickness of 10-25 mm. The air temperature, when applying the mixture, should not be lower than +5°С. When using radiators, gas installations, etc. , the premises should be well ventilated. Direct heating of the plaster is not allowed.The consumption rate of material is 10 kg/sq.m. at 10 mm thickness of the applied layer.
