Transparent finishing product BOCHEMIT Estetik Vintage Finish, designed for application on wooden surfaces and products. It is used for interior and exterior use. BOCHEMIT Estetik Vintage Finish is applied to wooden surfaces treated with BOCHEMIT Estetik and Vintage alkyd-oil impregnants as well as BOCHEMIT Optimal biocidal impregnators. It can be applied on bases at home, in industrial production and for most craft activities.
The transparent finish replaces the lacquer coatings, serving as a transition layer between the impregnants of the Bochemit series, as well as other varnishes, paints, including parquet varnishes. It should not be applied directly on wooden surfaces in outdoor conditions. Use of the product is in the following sequence: Apply 1-2 "hands" of BOCHEMIT Estetik or Vintage to achieve the desired color. Biocidal impregnators BOCHEMIT Plus, Antiflash or Optimal Forte can also be used. After that, the processed products are left to dry well.
Apply "one hand" Estetik Finish with a brush or roller. Depending on the ambient temperature, wait from 12 to 24 hours until the base is completely dry. After 24 hours, a second "hand" of Estetik Finish can be applied. This will provide greater resistance to the coating. Before applying the second coat, the surface can be sanded with fine sandpaper, which is 400 or larger. It can be sanded after applying each "hand"to achieve a beautiful satin effect. The consumption rate is approximately 1 kg/13 sq.M, sufficient for one layer of BOCHEMIT Estetik Finish.
