Two-component waterproofing SikaTop Seal-107 Elastik 30 kg

SikaTop Seal-107 Elastik is a two-component, polymer-modified, elastic waterproofing, consisting of a liquid polymer (component A - tube with white liquid) and a cement composition with special additives (component B - bag with gray powder). The two components are ready for direct mixing, without the need to add water, which guarantees convenience and safety in work. The product is intended for internal and external waterproofing and moisture protection of concrete, cement plasters and masonry. Due to its elasticity and excellent adhesion to various substrates, it is widely used in construction - both in new projects and in the repair of old facilities. Its flexibility and resistance make it suitable for application on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

SikaTop Seal-107 Elastik is used for waterproofing bathrooms, shower cubicles, terraces, balconies and swimming pools before laying ceramic tiles. It is also suitable for foundation walls, ground floors, cellars and other areas exposed to moisture. It protects concrete from water penetration, carbonation, de-icing salts and freeze-thaw cycles. Additionally, the material is certified for contact with drinking water, which makes it even more versatile. Application can be done manually - with a brush or by fine troweling, or by machine for larger areas. The recommended layer thickness is between 0.75 mm and 1.5 mm, depending on the specific requirements of the project. The consumption rate is about 1.7 kg/m² for a 1 mm layer. The material is highly durable, non-corrosive and has proven durability during operation.
