Description
Wine bentonite in a package of 100 g for clarification of wines and brandies from protein and other darkening. The required amount of bentonite is poured and mixed in 500 ml of warm water. After standing for 24 hours, the bentonite swells and a slurry is formed. To it add 2-3 liters of wine, stir and pour to the total amount. To achieve the effect of clarification, you should wait 10-15 days depending on the temperature.
