Description
Wine additive - Sulfurous acid in a 500 ml package, containing 6% SO2. Sulfurous acid is added to the wine after grinding the grapes into marc. In case the wine additive is not added during grinding the grapes or within two days, it is added after the completion of fermentation for preservation and clarification. Sulfurous acid is also added when the color of the wine changes or at the initial stage of acetic fermentation. The wine additive completely evaporates and leaves no aftertaste.
