Description
Wine additive - Sulfuric acid in a package of 500 ml, containing 6% SO2. Sulfuric acid is added to the wine after grinding the grapes into marc. In case the wine additive is not added during the grinding of the grapes or within two days, it is added after the end of the fermentation for canning and clarification. Sulfuric acid is also added when the color of the wine changes or the initial stage of acetic fermentation.The wine additive completely evaporates and leaves no side taste.
