Silicone facade paint is a high-quality product based on silicone resins, designed for durable protection and aesthetic renovation of exterior walls. Thanks to its special formula, it combines high water repellency with excellent vapor permeability, which allows the facade to "breathe" and prevents the accumulation of moisture in the structure. This makes it extremely suitable for use on buildings subjected to intense climatic influences, as well as for renovation of old plasters.

The product has excellent resistance to dirt and has a low tendency to retain dust and dirt. Silicone paint creates a strong coating, which is characterized by color stability, weather resistance and long-lasting protection. It can be tinted according to the Baumit Life catalog, and is available in a wide range of colors with rich and saturated shades that do not fade over time.

Application:

• For external application on facade surfaces
• Suitable for all types of mineral plasters and concrete substrates
• For painting facades with high requirements for water repellency and vapor permeability

Substrate preparation:

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, free of dust, oils or other contaminants
• Mixing with a slow-speed construction mixer before Usage
• Work on the shady side of the building

How to use:

• First coat: dilute with 10-15% water (primer)
• Second coat: apply undiluted
• Application with brush, roller or airless machine (mandatory for dark colors: numbers ending in 2, 3, 4)
• Working temperature: from +5°C to +30°C
