OFFICIAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE RAFFLE PROMOTION

We are celebrating 25 years of "Boshnakov" EOOD

intended for individuals

1. ORGANIZER OF THE RAFFLE

1.1. RAFFLE Celebrating 25 years of "Boshnakov" EOOD is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD with registered office and management address: city of Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhaus", UIK No. 102082965, hereinafter referred to as the ORGANIZER OF THE RAFFLE.

2. TERRITORY OF THE PROMOTION AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The promotion with RAFFLE is organized and held simultaneously on the territory of all MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets in the city of Burgas, the village of Ravda, the city of Primorsko and the city of Aytos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD.

2.2. The promotion is valid ONLY for customers who PURCHASED GOODS and SERVICES in/from the physical stores of the MASTERHAUS chain, during the promotion period.
Customers of the ONLINE (virtual) platform for sales of goods www.masterhaus.bg, operated by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, do not participate in the raffle. Any completed purchase in stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in the city of Burgas, the city of Primorsko, the village of Ravda, the city of Aytos and meeting the conditions below can participate in winning the prizes described below.

2.3. A participant who has filled out a coupon/s in the MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in Burgas, respectively in the MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in Ravda, in the MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in Primorsko and/or in the MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in Aytos, during the promotion period participates ONLY AND ONLY in the prize draw in the MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in Burgas. A participant can participate an unlimited number of times in each MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket, but cannot win more than one prize.

2.4. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs. The condition is that their total value is not less than 50 (fifty) BGN. VAT included.

Participation in the promotional campaign is subject to purchase.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. Participants in the raffle are required to comply with the terms and conditions and the raffle rules described below, called the Official Raffle Rules.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg, on www.facebook.com/masterhaus for the entire period of the promotion, as well as being placed in a prominent place in the relevant stores.

3.3. The raffle organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the official raffle rules, with the changes coming into force after their preliminary publication on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg.

3.4. By participating in the raffle, participants are bound by the above-described Official Rules and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Raffle, and by performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that they have read them, understood them and unconditionally accept them.

3.5. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that they give their irrevocable consent for the Organizer to collect, use and operate with their personal data. Refusal to provide the necessary data leads to the impossibility of successfully completing the registration in the Raffle.

4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion starts at 08:00. on 01.09.2016 and ends at 19:00 on 05.12.2016.

5. PROMOTIONAL BRANDS AND PACKAGING

5.1. The promotion includes all brands of products that are sold on the territory of physical stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) in the city of Burgas, the city of Primorsko, the village of Ravda and the city of Aytos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD.

5.2. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs. The condition is that the total value of the paid and fulfilled order is not less than 50 (fifty) BGN including VAT.

5.3. Conditions for participation are that the purchased products have been paid for and have not been returned.
In the case of goods that do not comply with the sales contract and that could not be repaired, the persons must have requested that they be provided with a new product, and not that the amount paid for it be refunded.

6. PROMOTION MECHANISM

6.1. Participants must purchase any number and/or combination of products that are sold on the territory of the physical stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) in the city of Burgas, the city of Primorsko, the village of Ravda and the city of Aytos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, for a value of not less than 50 BGN, including VAT. One participant can participate an unlimited number of times in each MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket.

6.2. Each client who makes a purchase of a value above the above at the cash desks of a retail outlet from the MASTERHAUS chain of stores, receives a coupon for participation in the raffle. The purchase value must be reached in one separate visit and with one purchase.

6.3. In order to be considered valid for participation in the raffle, it is necessary to correctly and completely fill in the mandatory fields located on the back of the Participation Coupon.

6.4. Each customer has the right to receive a corresponding number of Participation Coupons, corresponding to the amount spent in the store, multiples of the participation threshold, but not more than 20 pcs. coupons for one purchase.

(Example: Over 50 BGN = 1 coupon; over 100 BGN = 2 coupons, etc.).

6.5. When filling out the Participation Coupon, the following information is required: three names of the sender; date and year of birth, email address (if any); contact phone number, sales/invoice number (receipt number of the purchase or transaction number).

6.6 Participants in the raffle are obliged to keep on paper and for the entire period of the game, a receipt of the purchase ..

6.7. Coupons that do not contain a contact phone number, the sender's full name, date of birth, receipt number of the purchase or transaction number are considered invalid and do not participate in the promotion.

6.8. One person can participate an unlimited number of times, but one participant cannot win more than one prize.

6.9. During the promotion period, one draw will be held, and the opening of the sealed ballot boxes and the draws will be carried out in the construction hypermarket "MASTERHAUS" in Burgas on 06.12.2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of a Notary.

6.10. The prize fund includes:
Vouchers for shopping in physical stores owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD and prizes, the same are described in item 8 of these terms and conditions.

6.11. Information about the promotion will be distributed through radio and print advertising, the Internet, posters and POS materials in the retail outlet and www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the MASTERHAUS Facebook page.

6.12. All participants are unconditionally and irrevocably bound by the Official Rules published on www.masterhaus.bg, the MASTERHAUS Facebook page and the INFORMATION sector of the respective construction hypermarket.

7. PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING THE PRIZES

7.1. The winners will be able to receive their prize at the Information sector in the MASTERHAUS retail outlet in Burgas, no later than 15 days after their official draw and announcement, and no earlier than the day following the day of the draw. If the Prize is refused, the right to receive it is extinguished.

7.2. The winners will be announced with lists that can be found in the Information section of the retail outlet, as well as on www.masterhaus.bg and the MASTERHAUS Facebook page.

7.3. The winning participants will be drawn at random, and in addition to the winners, their runners-up will also be announced. The organizer will attempt to notify the winning participants by making a phone call to the phone number specified in the coupons, and the organizer has no obligation and/or responsibility to notify the winning participants by this method about the prize won. The Prize must be received by the date specified in Art. 7.1. deadline.

A participant who has already been withdrawn will not participate in the drawing of the next prizes.

7.4. If the winner does not claim or receive his prize by the deadline specified in Art. 7.1. of the rules, the same will be awarded to the next runner-up drawn. This rule applies once. The receipt of the Prize by the runner-up must take place within a new deadline under Art. 7.1. The winner will be contacted by phone on the day of the draw by an employee of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD to coordinate the necessary data for using the awarded prize. In the event that by the deadline under Art. 7.1. If all administrative issues are not settled by the rules, the right to receive the Prize is extinguished.
The Organizer is not obliged to store the prizes for an unlimited period.

7.5. The Prize is received personally by the Winner/runner-up. The Winner will receive his/her prize by signing an acceptance and delivery protocol.
Provision (transfer) of the right to receive the prize to third parties is not permitted. The Organizer will require the participant to confirm his/her identity by providing the relevant documents. In case of refusal to confirm his/her identity and/or in case of missing cash receipt, the Winner loses his/her right to the prize.

7.6. The ORGANIZER does not cover travel and accommodation expenses necessary in connection with receiving the Prize.

7.7. "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is not responsible for misspelled or illegible data.

9. OTHER

9.1. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) to the Organizer and persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for their commercial purposes, including publicly his name and photographs and images, his voice and/or image for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, announcing his status as a Winner) without additional remuneration in any media that are currently known or are to be discovered in the future, throughout the world, including on the Internet, without limitation in time and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, as well as when awarding the prize for advertising and information events, without being due to him any additional or other payment and/or compensation unlimited in time.

9.2. By completing the Entry Form, Participants fully accept these Rules and confirm that the Organizer, as well as other subcontractors participating in the Raffle or providing the Prize, together with all their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively referred to as "Released Persons"), shall not be liable for any bodily injury, including but not limited to death, bodily injury or property damage suffered by any person, which in whole or in part, directly or indirectly results from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or participation in this Raffle and its related activities, and Participants release the Released Persons from liability in connection with the above, as well as in connection with any printing, manufacturing, technical, typographical, human or other errors in the printing, offering or announcement of the Prize.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

10.1. The organizer of the promotion - "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is not obliged to correspond with persons whose coupons have not been withdrawn.

10.2. The organizer of the raffle will not be involved as a party in disputes over ownership of prizes or coupons from the promotion.

11. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The promotion is open for participation to all legitimate citizens (capable INDIVIDUALS) who have permanent residence in Bulgaria, with the exception of employees of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD and employees of advertising agencies associated with this promotion, as well as direct members of their families. Participants can increase their chances of winning by participating more than once. The number and configuration of products and services purchased are not important for the validity of participation, and their value - not less than 50 (fifty) BGN including VAT.

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

12.1. The Organizer undertakes to comply with the current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the promotion. The company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is registered in the "Register of Personal Data Administrators and the Registers Maintained by Them" with identification number 136124 at the Commission for Personal Data Protection. The Organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the promotion and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.

12.2. The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered in the Coupons ("personal data"). The Organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Raffle, as well as for administrative purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services to the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market or attitude and opinion research. The Organizer may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a need to recall products, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, telephone calls, etc. in order to ensure the security of its customers.

13. NO SILVERING

Exchanging prizes for others or for their cash equivalent is not allowed.

14. FEES

The Organizer is not responsible for any fees, taxes or fines that may arise in connection with the prize.

15. ANNOUNCEMENT

The names of the winners will be published on the official MASTERHAUS website at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the MASTERHAUS Facebook page and the Information Department of the retail outlet in Burgas, within the deadlines set out in Art.7.1. of the rules.
Participation in the promotion certifies the winners' consent to their names, place of residence and photos becoming public.

16. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion may be terminated unilaterally by the Organizer at any time, without prior notice to the participants, if it incurs material losses, technical or legal reasons arise, violations of the rules or force majeure circumstances, including the inability of the Organizer of the promotion for reasons beyond its control to continue this promotion. Participants will not be returned coupons and no compensation will be given in any form or value.

17. LEGAL DISPUTE

Any potential legal dispute between the Organizer of the promotion and the participants in this promotion will be resolved out of court or, if this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.
