OFFICIAL RULES and TERMS OF THE "WE REST BEST AT HOME" RAFFLE GAME WHEN____"

1. ORGANIZER OF THE GAME

1.1. The game "At home we rest best when____" is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: city of Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhaus", with UIC No. 102082965, for brevity hereinafter referred to as the ORGANIZER OF THE GAME.

1.2 The Official Rules of the Game are publicly announced and will be available for the entire period of the Game on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus, as well as at the internet address www.masterhaus.bg ("Official Rules").

1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to supplement and change the Official Rules, with changes coming into force from the moment of their publication on Facebook the page www.facebook.com/masterhaus, as well as at the internet address www.masterhaus.bg.

2. TERRITORY OF THE GAME AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The game is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Bulgaria.

2.2. The game is open for participation to all adult and capable Bulgarian citizens - individuals and individuals who have permanent residence in the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of employees of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD and related to this Game, as well as direct members of their families.

2.3 In case the winning participant has not reached the age of 18 on the day of winning the prize, it can only be received by a parent or other legal representative.

2.4. All persons under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or other legal representative before registration on the page www.facebook.com/masterhaus in connection with the conduct of the Game and/or the provision of personal data.

2.5. The Game can be participated by individuals who have made a valid registration on Facebook at the internet address www.facebook.com. Registration on Facebook is carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions published at the internet address www.facebook.com.

2.6. To participate in the Game it is not necessary to purchase any product from the Organizer.

THE PRIZE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR ITS MONETARY EQUIVALENT.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. Participants in the game are obliged to comply with the conditions and rules of the game described below, called Official Rules of the Game.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the official website of the company www.masterhaus.bg and on www.facebook.com/masterhaus for the entire period of the game.

3.3. The organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules of the game, and the changes will come into force after their preliminary publication on the official website of the company www.masterhaus.bg and on the Facebook page www.faceboook.com/masterhaus.

3.4. By participating in the Game, the participants are bound by the above-described Official Rules and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Game, and by performing any action to participate in the game, each participant confirms that he has familiarized himself with them, understood them and accepts them unconditionally.

4. DURATION OF THE GAME

4.1 The game starts on 27.12.2015 at 20:00:01 and ends at 15:59:99 on 05.01.2016.

5. GAME MECHANISM

5.1. To participate in the Game, participants must become "fans" on the Organizer's Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus

5.2. Anyone who wishes to participate in the Game must do so by 15:59:99 on 05.01.2016. to give their answer under the post with the question "At home, we rest best when____", published on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus

5.2. The content published by the participants should not contain obscene and indecent words, expressions, images, etc. The Organizer reserves the right to approve the content published by the participants on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus through an administrator. The administrator on behalf of the Organizer has the right to remove from the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus any comment, answer, image, etc., which, at its discretion, violates the above requirements.

6. PRIZE AND PRIZE DRAWING.

6.1. The winning participant in the Game receives 1 pc. "Damask" Sarev set, including 2 bathrobes, 2 small and 2 large towel curry (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize/s")

6.2. The Prize drawing is carried out randomly among all participants who answered the question published by the Organizer, using specialized computer software, providing a chance for a Prize to all participants.

6.3. The winning participant will be announced on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus on 05.01.2016. until 24:00 (Bulgarian time).

6.4. To receive the Prize, the winning participant must contact the Organizer of the Game within 10 (ten) working days by sending a personal message on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus with the following information: three names, address and contact phone number.

6.5 The costs of sending and delivering the prize are at the expense of the Organizer. The winner must sign a handover protocol upon receipt.

6.6. In the event that a Prize is won by a participant under 14 years of age, the Organizer will provide the Prize to the winner only upon explicit acceptance of the Prize by his/her parent or other legal representative. In the event that a Prize is won by a participant who has reached the age of 14 but has not reached the age of 18, the Organizer will provide the Prize to the winner only upon explicit consent to accept the Prize from his/her parent or other legal representative.

7. PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING THE PRIZE

7.1. The prize will be sent no later than 10 days after receiving a message containing the winner's personal data. If the prize is refused, the right to receive it is forfeited.

7.2. The winners will be announced on www.masterhaus.bg and the MASTERHAUS Facebook page. The winning participant will be drawn at random.

7.3. If the winner does not claim or receive their prize by the deadline, the right to receive it is forfeited.

7.4. The prize is received personally by the Winner.

7.5. The Organizer does not assume responsibility for incorrect or invalid postal addresses for delivery of the prizes.

8. OTHER

8.1 By participating in the Game, each participant in the Game is considered to be informed and familiar with these Official Rules and agrees to its terms.

8.2. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) to the Organizer and persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use him for their commercial purposes, incl. and publicly his name and photographs and images, his voice and/or image for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, announcing his status as a Winner) without additional remuneration in any media now known or to be discovered in the future, throughout the world, including on the Internet, without limitation in time and without the need for prior notice, review or approval as well as at the award ceremony for advertising and information events, without any additional or other payment and/or compensation being due to him indefinitely.

8.3 Participants can contact the Organizer, both by private message on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus, and through our contact form.

8.4. This Game is not sponsored, assigned or implemented in any way by Facebook and should not be associated with Facebook. By participating in it, participants provide information to the Organizer, and not to Facebook.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. The organizer of the game - "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is not obliged to correspond with persons whose names have not been withdrawn.

9.2. The organizer of the game will not be involved as a party in disputes over ownership of prizes, as well as disputes related to possible expenses incurred by participants in connection with the game.

9.3. The organizer is not responsible for any temporary unavailability of the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus, inability to publish content on the same page, as well as for any other technical problems in connection with the Game. Any such and other problems will be resolved as soon as possible.

9.4. The Organizer is not responsible for situations in which it is not possible for some wishing to participate in the Game, when this impossibility is beyond the control of the Organizer. These circumstances may be due to incorrect or incomplete data, information transmitted with interruptions, delays or damaged in any way, due to the actions of the users of the Facebook page or the functional software, applications or other technical means used by them during the Game. These circumstances may also be due to technical problems that may prevent the functioning of the web connection and/or the software, the web provider, caused by technical problems and/or high traffic on the network or the page, or both.

9.5. Actions that aim to increase the probability of winning a Prize by using means and methods different and/or contrary to those provided for in these Official Rules are prohibited. Upon establishing the performance of actions that aim at and/or could lead to manipulation of the results in determining the winner, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participant and deprive him of the right to receive a Prize won as a result of such actions.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

10.1 The Organizer undertakes to comply with the current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the game.

10.2. The company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is entered in the "Register of Personal Data Administrators and the Registers Maintained by Them" with identification number 136124 at the Personal Data Protection Commission. The Organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the game and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the applicable legislation.

10.3. The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information of the winning participant for the purpose of announcing and receiving the prize from the game ("personal data").

10.4. By joining the Game, the participants agree to voluntarily provide the Organizer with their personal data, if win the Prize - three names, address and contact phone number.

10.5. The Organizer takes due care to ensure that the collection, processing and storage of the participants' personal data is carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

10.6. The participants in the Game agree that the Organizer may process the personal data provided in connection with participation in the Game for the purpose of announcing the winning participant in the Game, as well as delivering the Prize.

10.7. By entering the Game, each participant accepts that their names and their profile picture will be published on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus in order to indicate the person as the winner.

10.8. Participants may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data by a written statement addressed to the Organizer. Such withdrawal will make subsequent processing of the participant's personal data inadmissible.

11. NO SILVERING

The exchange of the prize for others or for its cash equivalent is not allowed.

12. FEES

The organizer is not responsible for any fees related to participation in the game, such as internet access fees and others.

13. NOTIFICATION

The names of the winners will be published on the official MASTERHAUS website at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the MASTERHAUS Facebook page within the deadlines set out in Art. 7.1. of the rules.

14. AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE GAME

14.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend and supplement these Official Rules during the course of the Game. Any amendments and supplements will be made only in writing and will enter into force from the date specified therein, but not earlier than their publication on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus and on the Internet address www.masterhaus.bg

15. TERMINATION OF THE GAME

15.1 This game may be terminated unilaterally by the Organizer at any time, without prior notice to the participants, if it incurs material losses, technical or legal reasons arise, violations of the rules or force majeure circumstances, including the inability of the Organizer of the promotion for reasons beyond its control to continue this promotion.

15.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend and supplement these Official Rules during the course of the Game. Any amendments and additions will be made only in writing and will enter into force on the date specified therein, but not earlier than their publication on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus and on the internet address www.masterhaus.bg

16. LEGAL DISPUTE

Any potential legal dispute between the Organizer of the promotion and the participants in this promotion will be resolved out of court or, if this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.
