1. ORGANIZER AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. The MASTERHAUS and BOSCH campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organized and conducted by BOSHNAKOV EOOD, with UIC: BG 102082965 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), with registered office and management address: Burgas, p.k. 8000, Northern Industrial Zone, HYPERMARKET MASTERHAUS.
1.2. By participating in the Campaign, customers accept and are bound by these Official Rules and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the competition, and by performing any action to participate in the competition, each participant confirms that he has read them, understood them and accepts them unconditionally.
1.3. The official rules are publicly available on the Organizer's website www.masterhaus.bg , as well as in physical MASTERHAUS stores, during the campaign.
1.4. The organizer reserves the right to change and supplement these rules, with all changes coming into force after their preliminary publication on www.masterhaus.bg .
1.5. By performing any action to participate in the competition, each participant confirms that he/she gives his/her irrevocable consent - for the Organizer to collect, use and operate with his/her personal data. Refusal to provide the necessary data leads to the impossibility of successfully completing the registration in the Campaign.
2. SCOPE AND PERIOD OF THE CAMPAIGN
2.1. The campaign is taking place in all physical MASTERHAUS stores in Bulgaria.
2.2. The campaign is not valid for online purchases in the e-store www.masterhaus.bg .
2.3. The campaign starts on 15.10.2025 and lasts until 15.12.2025 . Points can be collected and used to purchase selected BOSCH products at a discount until 15.12.2025 or while supplies last.
3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AND PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
3.1. The campaign is open for participation to all adult and capable Bulgarian citizens - individuals and legal entities, customers of MASTERHAUS. The campaign gives participants the opportunity to purchase BOSCH brand PRODUCTS from MASTERHAUS stores in Bulgaria with a discount of up to 50% of the selling price, upon presentation of a collector's passport filled with the required number of points.
3.2. The campaign is valid for customers who PURCHASED GOODS and SERVICES in/from the physical stores of the MASTERHAUS chain. Points are received in the period 15.10.2025 - 15.12.2025. For each purchase in MASTERHAUS stores of a minimum value of 10 BGN, the customer receives 1 point upon request.
3.3. Accumulation of points:
- For every 10 BGN of the purchase value, the customer receives 1 point.
- The number of points for a purchase is determined as follows: for a purchase worth from 10 BGN to 19.99 BGN - 1 point, from 20 BGN to 29.99 BGN - 2 points, 30 BGN to 39.99 BGN - 3 points, etc.
- The purchase value should be reached in one purchase.
- Points are received at the checkout and collected by the participant in a special passport, which is provided by the Organizer free of charge at the checkouts in the stores.
- A person can participate more than once, the condition is that with each subsequent participation they present a collector's passport, filled in with the required number of points.
3.3. Use of points:
- The collected points can be used to purchase selected BOSCH branded PRODUCTS from MASTERHAUS physical stores with a discount of up to 50%.
- The customer must present a completed passport with the corresponding number of points for the desired product to the cashier.
- Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs.
4. BOSCH PRODUCT SELECTION AND NECESSARY POINTS
The collected points can be used to purchase the following products at a discount: BOSCH Points Game
4.1. The selected products are in limited quantities. Some items may be sold out before the end of the Campaign.
4.2. Customers can use the collected points to purchase products at a discount until 15.12.2025 inclusive.
4.3. Detailed information about an item (price, main characteristics, etc.) is presented on the website www.masterhaus.bg and in MASTERHAUS stores.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
5.1. Points cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
5.2. All items from the selection can also be purchased at the standard price, without using points.
5.3. Points are valid only within the Campaign period and cannot be transferred or used after its conclusion.
5.5. MASTERHAUS customer cards cannot be used in the Campaign. No additional discount is applied upon presentation of a MASTERHAUS card on the campaign products included in the Campaign.
5.6. The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of products during the Campaign. The quantities of products are planned with care, but due to increased demand in certain periods, some products may be temporarily unavailable in all MASTERHAUS locations or even be out of stock.
In such cases, the Organizer is not obligated to inform customers about the possible date of the next delivery of the relevant products. The Organizer is not responsible for customers who have been unable to purchase a given item due to final exhaustion of stock.
5.7. By performing any action to participate in the Campaign, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) to the Organizer and persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for their commercial purposes, including publicly his name and photographs and images, his voice and/or image for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes without additional remuneration in any media that are currently known or are to be discovered in the future, throughout the world, including on the Internet, without limitation in time and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, without being due to him any additional or other payment and/or compensation, unlimited in time.
5.8. The Campaign Organizer will not be involved as a party in disputes over ownership of a collector's passport.
6. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time if force majeure circumstances or other objective reasons arise.
6.2. In case of early termination, the Organizer is not responsible for compensating the participants.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
8.1. The Organizer undertakes to comply with the current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the Campaign. The company BOSHNAKOV EOOD is entered in the "Register of Personal Data Administrators and the Registers Maintained by Them" with identification number 136124 at the Personal Data Protection Commission. The Organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the Campaign and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.
8.2. The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered for the purpose of placing an order and participating in the Campaign ("personal data"). The Organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Campaign, as well as for administrative and marketing purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services to the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market or attitude and opinion research. The Organizer may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a need to recall products, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, telephone calls, etc., in order to ensure the security of its customers.
