Universal paint for interior and exterior base B3 Amphibolin 9.4l CAPAROL

Amphibolin is a high-quality, universal paint of a new generation, developed for interior and exterior use on a wide range of surfaces. Combining modern technologies and resistance to weathering, Amphibolin is distinguished by exceptional coverage, excellent adhesion and minimal harmful emissions. Formulated on the basis of 100% pure acrylate and without solvents, it provides long-lasting protection and an aesthetic finish in both residential and industrial environments.

The product is particularly suitable for environments with increased load - corridors, staircases, garages and storage rooms - thanks to its scratch resistance, excellent washable surface and high light-reflecting properties. Amphibolin offers not only excellent performance and easy application, but also meets modern requirements for sustainable construction and environmental protection.

• Facades, garages, corridors, workshops
• Galvanized metal, hard PVC, unstable wood
• Interior walls, fiberglass wallpapers (Capaver series)

Preparation of the primer - depending on the type of surface, the following is recommended:

• Mineral substrates (e.g. lime-cement plasters, concrete): Clean mechanically. Sanded, chalky or weak surfaces must be primed with Caparol Tiefgrund TB or Dupa-Putzfestiger.
• Smooth concrete surfaces: Remove formwork oil residues with suitable cleaning agents or mechanically.
• Old coatings with good load-bearing capacity: Wash and degrease. Matt, well-adhering dispersion paints can be painted directly.
• Poorly adhering coatings or lime paints: Remove completely and prime.
• Fungal, mouldy or contaminated surfaces: Wash with suitable fungicides and treat with Caparol Capatox.
• Gypsumboard and gypsum surfaces: Prime with Caparol Haftgrund EG on highly absorbent substrates.
• Metal elements (galvanized, aluminum): Degrease, sand and prime with Capalac AllGrund.

Application

• Temperature conditions: Apply at temperatures above +5°C
• Dilution: If necessary, the first coat can be diluted with up to 5% water.
• Application: With a brush, roller or airless spray. For machine application, use a 0.019-0.021 inch nozzle.
• Coats: Usually 2 coats are required. The first - as a primer/base, the second - as a finish.
• Drying time: Surface dry after about 4-6 hours. Next coat - after a minimum of 12 hours at 20°C and 65% humidity.
• Consumption: Approximately 130 ml/m² for one coat on smooth surfaces. Consumption depends on the structure and absorbency of the substrate - a test application is recommended.
