Bitumen waterproofing P-it Aries 3mm GENERAL MEMBRANE

Plastomeric bitumen waterproofing membranes ARIES P 3 mm are made of high-quality distilled bitumen, modified with plastomeric polymers - atactic polypropylene (APP) and stabilizing mineral fillers. The special APP modification provides the material with excellent heat resistance and plasticity, which makes it extremely suitable for roofs in geographical areas with intense and prolonged summer sunshine. The product retains its shape stability without deforming at high temperatures and guarantees slow aging processes of the coating.

The core of the membrane is made of a durable composite polyester reinforcement. It gives the material excellent mechanical strength, tear and perforation resistance, which allows the insulation to absorb building movements and expansions. The top surface is finished with quartz sand, which prevents the roll from sticking during storage and serves as a perfect clean base for laying subsequent layers. Due to its thickness of 3 mm and the lack of mineral dusting, the product is optimized for use as an initial (underlay) layer in two-layer or three-layer systems, under waterproofing with factory UV protection.
