Sika MonoTop-108 Water Plug is a ready-to-use solution that effectively stops water ingress even under high water pressure. It is mixed by hand with water, quickly applied and hardens in about a minute - ideal for repairs in underground structures, tunnels, basements and concrete walls.

Sika MonoTop-108 Water Plug is a specialized fast-setting and watertight cementitious mortar designed to immediately stop leaks in concrete and masonry. The product is extremely effective in emergency situations as it hardens within a few minutes.

USE:

• Instantly seals leaks under negative water pressure through cracks, segregation zones and process joints
• For instant sealing of drainage holes during waterproofing work
• Mixing ratio: 1.25-1.40 liters of water per 5 kg bag

MIXING METHOD

• Pour a small amount of clean water into a suitable mixing container
• Add a small amount of powder to the water
• Stir the mixture quickly with a trowel or spatula to form a solution that you can apply before the start of bonding.

APPENDIX:

• Model the solution in the form of a plug, making sure to use gloves.
• Apply immediately into the prepared cavity, pressing firmly until the solution hardens.
• After sealing the opening, remove excess material from the base by scraping it with a spatula or trowel.
• Depending on the setting time, you can use a damp sponge to smooth the surface of the applied solution.
