Mapeflex MS 45 from MAPEI is a flexible, one-component, thixotropic, fast-curing hybrid sealant and adhesive based on silicate polymers. It has high elasticity and deformability of up to 20%.

Mapeflex MS 45 is suitable for bonding most materials found in construction, including many types of plastics. Suitable for damp substrates indoors and outdoors. Mapeflex MS 45 is effective in stopping small leaks.
