UniQuartz is a quartz sand that finds wide industrial application. In addition to its fine particle size, quartz sand (also known as silica sand or industrial sand) is distinguished by a number of properties that give it an advantage over ordinary construction sand. Among these properties are its high hardness and its low coefficient of thermal expansion. UniQuartz is used in sandblasting, blasting and foundry.

It is extremely suitable for use in dry construction mixtures. Quartz sand can be used for cleaning industrial floors, for various plasters, putties and screeds or as a spread for waterproofing. Fine silica sand is used for garden and lawn surfaces, sports fields and terrains. Quartz sand is also used in the glass industry.
