Folding attic ladder 60 x 120/280 cm OLE Optistep. OptiStep OLE is a 3-section folding attic ladder. When folded, it retracts into the ceiling and frees up space in the room. It is equipped with a red metal handle, which is mounted on the mounting plates on the right side of the steps, which contributes to easier and safer climbing the steps.
The cover of the attic ladder is thermally insulated, "sandwich" type, with a thickness of 36 mm and a thermal conductivity coefficient of 1.1 W/m2K. The frame is equipped with a standard seal, which ensures a better fit when closed.
The folding attic ladder is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation in the ceiling opening.
