Concrete repair mortar 25kg CERESIT

CD 26 is a high-quality one-component cement mortar designed for the repair and restoration of concrete and reinforced concrete. Thanks to its coarse-grained structure, the mortar is ideal for application in thick layers from 30 to 100 mm, with the possibility of a single application of up to 35 mm. Reinforced with fibers and modified with polymers, CD 26 provides exceptional strength, water resistance and resistance to aggressive atmospheric and chemical influences.

Application areas:

• Repair of cracks and cavities in concrete
• Repair of structural elements: balconies, overpasses, bridges, overpasses
• Repair of concrete tanks, pools, frame structures and ditches
• For emergency repairs in case of mechanical damage or corrosion

• Compressive strength: ≥ 40 MPa
• Tensile strength when bending: ≥ 9.0 MPa
• Adhesion to concrete: ≥ 1.5 MPa
• Temperature resistance: from -50°C to +70°C
• Consumption: ~2 kg/sq.m at 1 mm thickness
• Mixing ratio: 3-3.2 l of water per 25 kg of dry product
• Working time with the mixture: about 30 minutes
• Rain resistance: after ~24 hours
• Shrinkage after 28 days: ≤ 0.08%
• Compressive modulus of elasticity: ≥ 18 GPa

Method of laying:

• Preparation of the base - the base must be clean, sound, rough and moistened

• Preparation of the solution - mix with water until a homogeneous mass is obtained
• Laying - by trowel, pouring into forms or shotcrete
• Smoothing - with a steel or plastic trowel within 10-20 minutes
• Protection - if necessary, cover with the fine solution CD 24 or protective coatings CT 44 / CR 166

• Storage: up to 12 months in a dry place, in original, unopened packaging
