WEBER Oak & Whiskey Smoking Chips 700g. It's always a good idea to add 1-2 handfuls of smoking chips while grilling your food. This amount is enough for about 30 minutes of smoking.
WEBER Oak & Whiskey Smoking Chips add a wonderful flavor to steaks, fillets and chicken. It is made from oak barrels that have aged whiskey. Use smoking chips in a variety of recipes to make your barbecue even more special.

Smoking on a charcoal barbecue:
- Soak 1-2 handfuls of the chips in water for at least 30 minutes - this will extend the smoking time
- Pour out the water that was not absorbed during soaking
- Place the wet chips on the fully lit coals
- Place the cooking grate and food on it
- Close the lid
Smoking on a gas BBQ:
- Use the special WEBER smoking box
- Soak 1-2 handfuls of chips in water for at least 30 minutes - this will extend the smoking time
- Drain the water that was not absorbed during soaking
- Fill the box with the wet chips, put it in the barbecue and close the lid
- Once smoke appears, place the food on the grill
- You can control the smoking time using the temperature control knob
- When the chips burn, you can open the lid of the box and add more
