Elbow DN OD 200 PE-HD

The professional two-layer corrugated elbow made of high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) from the European leader Konti Hidroplast with an internal diameter of DN/OD 200 mm and a bending angle of 45 degrees is a high-strength connecting element of highway class, designed for the construction of underground non-pressure sewer networks, culverts and industrial drainage systems. The main engineering function of this fitting is to provide a reliable, safe and hydraulically optimized change in the direction of the pipeline route. The moderate and smooth angle of 45° is extremely valuable in the design of complex and loaded sewers, as it allows a smooth bend of the fluid, reduces hydraulic resistance and completely eliminates the risk of accumulation of solid sediments or grease along the route.

The fitting is distinguished by a specific ribbed outer wall, which perfectly absorbs and distributes static loads from the weight of the earth masses. The manufacture of certified high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) provides remarkable mechanical strength, elasticity and absolute resistance to impact or deformation, even at extremely low winter temperatures. Thanks to its industrial heavy stiffness class SN8 (8 kN/m²), the elbow is completely protected from flattening and maintains a perfect round profile, which allows it to be laid under busy roads, parking lots and deep trenches with heavy traffic. The model has a precisely factory-muffed end with a high-quality elastomeric rubber sealant, providing one hundred percent protection against leaks, and allows express mechanical installation in the trench without adhesives or welds.
