DEKO floor Primer BRD Component A is the main element of a highly effective epoxy system designed for the preparation of industrial concrete floors. This component is a high-quality resin with added filler, which after activation creates an extremely strong "bonding bridge" between the mineral base and the finish coating. The product is characterized by low viscosity, which allows it to absorb deep into the structure of the concrete, sealing the pores and leveling the surface.

The resin is designed to withstand serious thermal loads (up to +100°C for short periods) and has excellent mechanical properties after complete hardening. It is ideal for use as a bonding agent in the construction of epoxy leveling screeds or as a primer under self-leveling floors from the DEKO floor Universal and Exclusive series. It is important to store the product in its original sealed packaging at temperatures above +5°C in order to maintain its technical characteristics.

Method of use:

1. Substrate preparation: Concrete must be mechanically cleaned (milled or abrasively cleaned), dry and dust-free with a humidity below 6%.
2. Mixing: Pre-mix Component A. Add the entire quantity of Component B (5 kg) to the bucket of Component A.
3. Homogenization: Mix for 2-3 minutes with a slow-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without air bubbles is obtained.
4. Working time: Use the finished mixture immediately (potability ~20-30 minutes at 20°C)
5. Application: Apply with a brush, roller, straight trowel or squeegee depending on the project
6. Second coat: For highly porous concrete, apply a second coat after a minimum of 12-24 hours (depending on temperature)
