Caparol ProjektPutz is a high-quality structural acrylic render for exterior use, which combines excellent vapor permeability, water-repellent properties and weather resistance. Suitable for both new construction and facade renovation, it is used as a finishing layer in thermal insulation systems (ETICS), ensuring not only functionality but also exceptional aesthetics.

Designed with the practicality of the contractor and the requirements of modern architecture in mind, ProjektPutz offers easy and safe processing, as well as the possibility of coloring in a wide range of shades through the Caparol ColorExpress system. Thanks to the high quality of the raw materials used - including natural marble sand - the plaster achieves a natural structured coating with a stable color and appearance.

Application

• Finishing layer in thermal insulation systems (ETICS)
• Suitable for mineral substrates and concrete surfaces
• Not recommended on salt-efflorescent, plastic or wooden substrates

Substrate preparation

• The surfaces must be clean, sound, dry and load-bearing
• Old, crumbly or unbonded layers are removed
• Dirty, mold and soot is cleaned with a water jet and suitable agents (e.g. Capatox)
• Priming with Caparol Putzgrund, tinted in a shade close to the plaster
• For weakly absorbent or sandy substrates, use OptiGrund ELF or Dupa primer as appropriate

Working method

• Stirring with a slow-speed mixer (up to 400 rpm)
• Applying with a stainless steel trowel in an even layer
• Structuring with a plastic or polyurethane trowel according to the desired effect
• When spraying: suitable nozzle and pressure 0.3-0.4 MPa
• Works "wet on wet", without interruption, with the same tool on the same facade
