Waterproofing primer 15l elastomer Hy Roof Hybrid PU VITEX

HyRoof Hybrid PU is an innovative hybrid elastomeric water-based waterproofing product, created using the latest technology based on acrylic-polyurethane emulsion. It forms a seamless, waterproof and highly elastic membrane that provides long-term protection of roof and terrace surfaces.

HyRoof Hybrid PU has excellent adhesion to concrete, old waterproofing, bitumen membranes and other surfaces, after appropriate preparation. It exhibits exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures, UV rays, stagnant water and weathering. It is also certified as a light-reflecting material with 93% reflection in the visible spectrum, which significantly improves the energy efficiency of buildings.

Application - for waterproofing of:

• Flat roofs and terraces
• Concrete and reinforced surfaces
• Existing old waterproofings
• Bitumen membranes, cement coatings, etc.

Substrate preparation - the surface must be:

• Clean, dry and free of dust, moss, grease and friable materials
• The cracks are filled with elastomeric putty
• Priming with HyRoof Hybrid PU Primer is recommended for new and old surfaces

Application method

• Stirring: Well before use
• Application: with brush, roller or airless gun (airless)
• Coats: Two coats, crosswise, without thinning
• Interval between coats: 16-24 hours, depending on climatic conditions
• Reinforcement: It is recommended to use HyRoof reinforcement fabric, which is embedded between the layers on a still fresh surface
