DEKO floor Base 2K Component B is a specialized hardener that is critical to the chemical reaction in the epoxy system. It is formulated to initiate polymerization when mixed with Component A, which converts the liquid mixture into an extremely hard, glassy and durable coating. Without this component, the epoxy resin cannot achieve its ultimate performance and strength.

This component ensures uniform hardening of the primer throughout its volume, while maintaining the necessary elasticity to prevent cracking of the coating under mechanical impact. The hardener is developed with a focus on stability and durability, ensuring high chemical resistance of the system to oils, acids and alkalis, which are often present in industrial environments.

Method of use

1. Pour the entire amount of Component B into Component A.
2. Stir vigorously but carefully so as not to introduce additional air into the mixture.
3. Use a low-speed mixer to achieve a uniform color and texture.
4. Respect the waiting time before applying the next coat (minimum 24 hours at 20°C)
5. Clean tools immediately after use with a suitable epoxy thinner.
