Helmevect Polychloroprene Adhesive is a highly effective product, specially developed for durable and strong bonding of a wide range of materials. It is suitable for natural leather, suede, monolithic rubber soles, textiles, cork, wood, as well as floor and wall coverings.

Created on the basis of polychlorobutadiene and phenol formaldehyde polymer, Helmevect provides excellent adhesion, resistance and long-lasting results, even under high loads.

Main characteristics:

• Packaging: 0.400 liters (in a metal can)
• Color: Liquid with a yellowish to amber color shade
• Consumption rate: 250 - 300 ml/sq.m
• Waiting time before bonding: 10-15 minutes
• Full strength: After 48 hours
• Storage temperature: from +10°C to +25°C

Method of Application:

1. Clean the surfaces thoroughly from dust, grease and dirt.
2. Apply a thin layer of the adhesive on both surfaces.
3. Wait 10-15 minutes.
4. Press firmly to achieve optimal adhesion.
