Adhesive-putty mixture 25kg, white ROFIX

RÖFIX IA 622 is a high-quality mineral adhesive and putty mixture, designed for bonding and reinforcing insulation boards made of expanded and extruded polystyrene (EPS-F, EPS-P, XPS-R). It is suitable for thermal insulation systems using ETICS technology and offers excellent adhesion, strength and easy processing.

• For EPS and XPS boards - ideal for facades and plinths
• Grain size: 0.8 mm
• Consumption: 4-5 kg/sq.m
• Composition: Cement and high-quality limestone sand
• Compressive strength (28 days): ≈ 12 N/sq.mm
• Tensile strength when bending: > 3 N/sq.mm
• Vapour permeability (μ): ≈ 28
• SD-value: ≈ 0.08 m
• Modulus of elasticity: ≈ 9500 N/sq.mm
• Water absorption: < 0.5 kg/m² in 24 hours (according to ETAG 004)
• Fire resistance class: A1 (non-combustible material)
• Drying time: ~7 days
• Color: White

Application

• For bonding and reinforcing thermal insulation boards up to 10 cm thick without doweling
• Application thickness when plastering - about 3 mm
• Application thickness when gluing - about 5 cm
• Suitable for plinths - subject to compliance with the requirements for waterproofing with Optiflex
• Dilution: Mix with clean water until a homogeneous mixture (the quantity is not exactly specified, but is achieved manually with a mixer)
• Not for use on floors

Instructions for use

• Temperature during application: minimum +5°C
• Avoid working in direct sunlight, wind or rain
• The fresh mixture is processed within 2 hours
• Do not reuse once hardened material
• Possibility of doweling after 2 days (at 15°C / 50% humidity)

Packaging and storage

• Packaging: Paper bag 25 kg
• Shelf life: Minimum 6 months (when stored properly)
• Storage: The product should be stored in a dry place.
