Teracol Flex® adhesive is a high-quality adhesive, enriched with fibers and elastic additives, designed for professional bonding of terracotta, faience, porcelain stoneware, marble, granite, facing stone and other types of tiles. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, even on underfloor heating and old coatings.

Suitable substrates:

• Cement and lime-cement plasters
• Concrete, aerated concrete
• Gypsumboard, gypsum fiberboard
• Old ceramics, mosaic
• Not suitable for plastic surfaces.

• Adhesion after immersion in water: ≥ 1 N/mm²
• Adhesion after thermal treatment: ≥ 1 N/mm²
• After 25 freeze/thaw cycles: ≥ 1 N/mm²
• Open time (30 min): ≥ 0.5 N/mm²
• Slip: ≤ 0.5 mm
• Transverse deformation: ≥ 2 ≤ 5 mm
• Application temperature range: from +5°C to +30°C
• Reaction to fire: Class A1

Consumption rate:

• Walls (tooth 6 mm): ~3.5 kg/m²
• Floor (tooth 10 mm): ~4.5 kg/m²
• Floor (tooth 12 mm): ~5.0 kg/m²

Instructions for use:

• Mixing: 25 kg dry mix + 6.5-7 l clean water
• Stirring until a homogeneous mixture, maturation time - 10-15 min
• Life of the solution: 4-6 hours
• Open time for work: 20 min
• Apply with a notched trowel only as much as can be adhered within 20 min
• The tiles are glued dry, without prior soaking
• Grouting: after 24 h

Packaging and storage:

• Multi-layer paper bags: 5 kg and 25 kg
• Store in dry and covered areas on wooden racks
• Warranty period: 12 months from the date of production

• May cause irritation to eyes, skin and respiratory tract
• Use personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, mask)
• Work in well-ventilated areas or outdoors
