weberpas Rock is a ready-to-use pasty silicate plaster, designed for decorative and protective treatment of external facades. Thanks to its high resistance to mechanical stress and pollution, it is extremely suitable for buildings exposed to intense atmospheric and physical stress - in urban environments, areas with high traffic or subject to heavy pollution.
The product is compatible with webertherm thermal insulation systems and has excellent vapor permeability and UV resistance. Developed on the basis of organic dispersions and potassium silicate. Available in 218 colors from the weber color spectrum palette.

Application

• Suitable for new construction and renovation of old facades
• Used as a final coating on concrete, lime-cement plasters, plasterboard, etc.

• Ideal for facades in busy urban environments or exposed to mechanical risk

Substrate preparation

• The substrate must be sound, dry, clean and free of grease or dust
• There must be no unstable or crumbly areas
• The surface is primed abundantly 48 hours in advance with weber.pas primer, preferably colored in a similar shade
• Do not apply to frozen, wet or hot surfaces

How to use

• Stirring: Stir the plaster well before use. If necessary, it can be diluted with up to 1-2% water.
• Application: Apply manually with a smooth stainless steel trowel, with a layer thickness corresponding to the grain size.
• Structuring: Apply with a plastic trowel within 5-15 minutes after application, depending on weather conditions.
• Work using the "wet-on-wet" method for an even texture.
• Avoid working in direct sunlight, strong wind or rain
• Keep fresh plaster from freezing for at least 24 hours
• Do not reuse contaminated or already hardened material
