weberpas ActiveAir is a high-quality, silicone-based, thin-layer facade plaster, created with innovative technology for active air purification. It is intended for both new construction and renovation of old facades, offering both aesthetics, durability and environmental value. Thanks to its active ingredients, the plaster does not retain dirt, keeps facades clean for longer and improves air quality by breaking down harmful substances under the influence of sunlight.

Especially suitable for high-rise buildings, sites in polluted urban environments, industrial areas and places with increased traffic, where reliable facade protection with long-lasting cleanliness and resistance to climatic influences is sought. It can be used as a finishing decorative and protective layer on webertherm thermal insulation systems, combining excellent water repellency with high vapor permeability and mechanical resistance.

Application - weberpas ActiveAir is used as a finishing decorative and protective coating in:

• New construction
• Repair and renovation of old facades
• Buildings in industrial and urbanized areas
• High-rise buildings and public buildings with an increased risk of pollution
• It is suitable for application on facades insulated with webertherm thermal insulation systems, as well as directly on mineral substrates such as lime-cement and cement plasters.

Preparation of the substrate - the surfaces must be:

• Clean, dry, stable, free of dust, grease, salts, mold or loose particles
• No visible cracks or dirt
• It is recommended to apply weber.pas primer for thin-layer plasters 48 hours before application.
• When working on new or porous surfaces - pre-treatment with a deep-penetrating primer is desirable.
• Mix the contents of several buckets at once to avoid color differences.

Method of work

• Application: manually, with a stainless steel trowel
• Structuring: with a plastic trowel, wet on wet, within 5-15 minutes after application, depending on the conditions
• Working temperature: from +5°C to +25°C
• Protection: protect from rain and strong sunlight until completely dry (at least 24 hours)
• Do not reuse contaminated material
