weberpas ExtraClean is a high-quality, ready-to-use, pasty thin-layer facade plaster with a combined silicone-silicate bond. It combines the advantages of silicate strength and resistance with silicone hydrophobicity and self-cleaning. Extremely suitable for facades in industrial or polluted urban areas, for buildings at risk of pollution, mechanical impact or with residual moisture. Can be used as a finishing coat on webertherm thermal insulation systems in new construction or renovation.

Substrate preparation

• The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, free of dust, grease, unstable or friable particles
• 48 hours before application, treat the substrate with weber.pas primer for thin-layer plasters
• When used on thermal insulation - the color should have HBW over 30%
• Mix several buckets at a time to ensure a uniform color

Working method

• Working temperature: +5°C to +25°C
• Application: manually, with a stainless metal trowel
• Structuring wet-on-wet within 5-15 minutes after application, with a plastic trowel
• Protect from direct sun, rain and frost for up to 24 hours after application
• Do not reuse contaminated material
