Application method:

• Before applying the decorative paint, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, sound, dust-free and degreased.
• Preliminarily prepared sound base is primed with PASTELO Paint Primer (see primer HERE), another suitable primer (see other primers HERE), or white latex until an even white color is achieved (see all white latexes HERE).
• Apply colored latex in the same color as the Velluto decorative coating (or a close shade). Best results are achieved by using FORTUNA Colored Latex products, or by tinting a color according to the FORTUNA Tinting system catalog. Wait for the latex to dry (2-3 hours) before moving on to the next step.
• After the colored paint has completely dried, apply a layer of Velluto with a brush, spreading in all directions. It can also be applied with a special plastic trowel.
• If desired, you can apply a second layer of Velluto.
