Charcoal barbecue Master-Touch Premium SE E-5775 BLK black by WEBER. The Master-Touch Premium series is for the most ardent grill masters. The barbecues combine 3 options for preparing food:

• Direct grilling (grilling) on the grill - the food is located above the hot charcoal - for steaks, burgers, vegetables. Cooking time up to 25 minutes at a temperature between 200-290°C.
• Indirect grilling (roasting) - the coals are divided into two, and the food is placed between them - for a whole chicken, dessert. Cooking time over 25 minutes at a temperature between 180-200°C.
• Slow cooking (slow-and-low/smoking) - the coals are covered with a special plate that slows down the burning process, the food is placed on the grill - for a whole piece of meat, ribs. Cooking time 6-8 hours at a temperature between 90-130°C.

With the help of the innovative GBS grill (Gourmet BBQ System), you can cook everything on your barbecue - salad, hors d'oeuvres, main course, side dishes and dessert. You can even make a snack, stew or pizza with a perfect crispy crust.

The Master-Touch Premium SE E-5775 BLK barbecue offers classic charcoal cooking in a combination of innovative and impressive features. The lid has a convenient hinge that frees up your hands and retains heat when opened.
The GBS grill allows you to prepare waffles, stews, whole chickens or perfectly baked pizza outdoors, using additional accessories (sold separately). In addition, you get a GBS Weber® cast iron steak grate with an incredible diamond pattern.
Thanks to the innovative air flap, you can grill and smoke with one appliance. The slow-and-low plate turns the entire grill into an indirect cooking zone. It is placed on the coals, reducing the flow of oxygen to them and slowing down the combustion process.
