Varnish for wooden floors 750ml Bochemit Floor colorless

Estetik Floor varnish for wooden floors of the BOCHEMIT brand. Estetik Floor is a colorless oil-based varnish, intended for application on surfaces in the interior - parquet, carpets, boards. The high content of urethanes gives strength and high wear resistance to the coating.

Outdoor use is only possible as a coating for wooden floors and other wooden products pre-treated with Estetik Classic, Estetik Vintage or Estetik Profi. They contain a sufficient UV filter that provides long-lasting protection to the wood exposed to UV radiation and atmospheric influences, which no colorless varnish alone is capable of.

Application: solid wood furniture, shacks, wooden structures, porches, sheds, solid entrance gates and doors, paneling, pergolas, gazebos, benches, other wood products

• Estetik Floor is designed for the treatment of wooden surfaces for external and internal use, for industrial production and craft activities
• Designed for finishing after Estetik Classic, Estetik Vintage or Estetik Profi. Protects wood from water penetration.
• Does not peel, crack or whiten. It smoothes the surface and increases the durability of the top layer against mechanical impact.
• It is suitable for furniture (table tops, benches, chairs). Recommended if the product will be subjected to intensive treatment with water and detergents. The finish has a semi-matte effect.

Preparation of the base:
The surfaces must be sound and cleaned of old coatings that would prevent the penetration and connection of the preparation with the structure of the wood. In order to reduce the consumption rate, it is recommended that the wood is sanded, with large hairs removed, if the treated parts are rough construction wood. If possible, it is good to clean the dirt and resinous stains beforehand with a suitable detergent.

Method of use as a final coating:

• Apply one coat of Estetik Floor with a brush or roller.
• Wait 12-24 hours, until the surface is completely dry.
• After 24 hours, a second coat of Estetik Floor can be applied for greater durability of the coating. Before applying the second coat, sand very lightly with 400 grit or finer sandpaper.
• Sand after each coat for a nice satin finish.

Method of use as a connecting layer between Bochemit impregnants and other finishing coatings:

• Apply Estetik, Estetik Vintage or one of the biocidal impregnants Bochemit Opti F+t, Bochemit Optimal Forte APPt, Bochemit Plus I+t or Bochemit Antiflash.
• Wait until the coating is completely dry.
• Apply one coat Estetik Floor brush or roller.
• Wait 12-24 hours until the surface is completely dry.
• Sand after each coat with 200-grit sandpaper or finer for a nice satin finish.

Durability of applied protection:

Interior: 1 hand - unlimited time
Exterior: 2 hands - 6 years; 3 hands - 10 years

The consumption rate depends on the method of application and the conditions of the wood:

• On non-absorbent, hard or fresh soft wood: 10-16 sq.m/l
• On old dried wood: 5-8 sq.m/l

The varnish is available in a 750 ml package.
