The geranium prefers moist and nutrient-rich soils. You can sow the seeds in pots or directly in the garden. It also tolerates shadier places. It germinates in about two weeks at a temperature of 15-20°C. Clean off spent flowers and dead leaves to stimulate growth.
Undemanding to growing conditions, geranium decorates and perfumes the gardens of Bulgaria.
