For initial installation and commissioning, Masterhaus customers are not obliged to use the paid services of an authorized service center. It is only necessary to get acquainted with and comply with the requirements provided by the manufacturer. They will be provided to you at the same time as the fireplace. A mandatory element is the basic cleaning of the heater, at least once a year.
