MAPEI's Mapeflex MS 45 is a flexible, one-component, thixotropic, fast-curing hybrid sealant and adhesive based on silicate polymers. It has high elasticity and deformability of up to 20%.

Mapeflex MS 45 is suitable for bonding most materials found in construction, including many types of plastics. Suitable for damp substrates indoors and outdoors. Mapeflex MS 45 is effective in stopping small leaks.

With the help of the hybrid sealant and adhesive Mapeflex MS 45, you can quickly and easily install the Idrostop Soft water-swelling profiles.
