Fiber-reinforced mortar for reinforced concrete Mapegrout Hi-Flow E, 25 kg

Mapegrout Hi-Flow E by MAPEI is a liquid solution with controlled shrinkage, reinforced with fibers for concrete renovation. Suitable for remediation of very damaged concrete structures, where the use of liquid solutions is recommended.

Mapegrout Hi-Flow E consists of cementitious binders, selected fillers, special additives and synthetic fibers. Layers up to 4 cm thick can be applied. For larger thicknesses it is recommended to add a suitable selected filler.

Application:

• Structural restoration of reinforced concrete beams and columns
• Repair of the lower edge of prestressed concrete beams of viaducts
• Restoration of beams and slabs after scarification of destroyed sections
• Repair of concrete floors (industrial, roads and airports)
• Filling of "hard" joints between concrete elements

Consumption rate: 21 kg/sq.m. for 1 cm thick
