Fiber reinforced concrete repair solution 25 kg Mapegrout Thixotropic E

MAPEI's Mapegrout Thixotropic E is a controlled shrinkage solution reinforced with fiber for concrete renovation. Suitable for repairing concrete such as: restoration of concrete pavement, repair of corners, beams, columns and balconies destroyed by corrosion of reinforcing irons.

Due to its mechanical strength, MAPEI's Mapegrout Thixotropic E is suitable for renovating structures. It consists of cement solders, specially selected fillers and synthetic fibers.

Reinforced concrete mortar is applied with a trowel, smooth paddle or by spraying on solid foundations, without eroded areas, with a rough surface and pre-moistened with water. The application of a layer up to 30-35 mm can be done without formwork.
Mapegrout Thixotropic E meets the minimum requirements of standard EN 1504-3 for mortar class R4.

Advice:

• To improve air tightness and reduce shrinkage, Mapegrout Thixotropic E can be mixed with 25% by weight of Mapecure SRA, an astringent.
