Description

ESAB stainless electrodes are characterized by extremely low carbon content. They are suitable for welding steels of the type 19% Cr, 10% Ni, as well as for welding stabilized steels of similar composition, except for cases where full creep resistance of the base metal must be achieved. They have good resistance to intergranular corrosion and general corrosion in wet environments, up to a temperature of 350°C. The electrodes do not contain molybdenum and therefore have good resistance in a nitric acid environment. The OK 61.30 is easy to initial and re-ignite, the seams have an excellent appearance and can be polished well. The slag separates on its own.
