It is especially suitable for surfaces subject to excessive pollution such as schools, hospitals, playrooms, public buildings, halls, offices, hotels, restaurants, stairs, etc. , as the coating is durable and easy to clean.It is especially suitable for covering embossed wallpapers containing wood, corrugated wallpapers, as well as for fiberglass wallpapers, as it emphasizes their texture with silky gloss.

Seiden Latex can be diluted with water, does not harm the environment and has a very slight odor. It has a high degree of whiteness and is resistant to water disinfectants and detergents.Apply paint brush, roller or spray device.

For rough surfaces, the cost increases.At +20ºC and 65% relative humidity, Seiden Latex dries on the surface and can be painted again after 4-6 hours. It dries in depth and can be subjected to stress after about 3 days. At lower temperatures and high humidity, the drying time is extended.
